| Abstract | ||
| is a court of law staff, one of the administrative courts in Iraq that fall back to it the employee if they think the illegality of the decisions of the administration, they are exercising their competence in the control of the Administration's work relating to the affairs of public office through to the decisions of the provisions binding, but their rulings are not conclusive but can challenged discrimination in front of the competent judicial authority. And occupies appeals process administrative center no less important than other measures in the field of judicial organization of any country , because it means obligatory followers to resolve the conflict between the administration and personnel , and the subject matter of extreme importance being highlights reasons to challenge discrimination in the verdicts , as well as the procedures to be followed in the Administrative Appeals , it also highlights the competent judicial authority to hear appeals discriminatory , these things require accuracy in the study and comprehension , so we divided the subject of our research into two sections , we will discuss the topic first causes the point to challenge discrimination in the verdicts , while the second section Fsntnol which measures the appeal before the Administrative Court Supreme. | ||
