| Is no longer a secret to specialist and others what the advantage that achieved by international commercial arbitration compared to the traditional national judiciary both at the international level or at the level dealers in the field of international contracts. We have focused on this study shed light on international commercial arbitration in accordance with the convention establishing the Arab investment guarantee corporation( dahman) and the Convention establishing the multilateral investment guarantee agency (miga), especially both of them have included the regulation of the arbitration starting from the arbitration and determine its procedure s and ending with issuance of the arbitration decision implemented it . | ||
