| Abstract The administrative and financial corruption is a global phenomenon involving different countries, where there is no society that does not suffer from it completely, which is not considered in any way a new issue, but he has seen in recent years much attention on the local and international levels. Hence the importance of the research focuses on two main points, first: lies in the knowledge of this case, which occupies everyone, and trying to figure out the causes in order to develop solutions to combat and to establish procedures to eliminate them, they talked a major imbalance in the allocation of resources and employ them in is the intended destination, thereby depriving country to establish projects that serve the goals of sustainable development, and the second point: focus on the importance of referring to detect the role of Islamic Economics in the enlightenment of economic thought through Scarves strategy adopted to address the most important and most complex economic issues and actress corruption and put the most important ways and proposals necessary to address it and address it. The research found that Islam in fight against corruption tried to look at the causes of the phenomenon under study and then to seek treatment from the fact that if I knew the reasons, it is easy we track results and treatment, and also reached that corruption has grown in Iraq after the U.S. occupation in 2003 and get the transition process, has become the scourge eat and feed from the body of Iraq and hamper development efforts and caused significant effects of economic and social, and became an obstacle to the process of making sound decisions and to government performance good, fueling the spread of poverty, deprivation and unemployment among members of the community. | ||
