| Abstract | ||
| The Fiscal policy in Iraq was past in two essential period which there, the period before the political changes which take place in 2003, and the period after 2003 in both periods, this policy was suffer from activity weakness, so it was in the period before the year 2003 suffer from strong centralization which lead to lost numerous economic resources in unproductive fields, and then the period after year 2003 also the fiscal policy was and still suffer from numerous and slowness stages to decide decisions which have negative reflections at several fields perhaps the more important fallback the economic development and enlargement unemployment and lost resources. | ||
