Abstract
Abstract The importance of research comes from the importance of narrowing the food gap in using an animal protein that derived from the red meat that forms the most important sources. Also in work about encourage investors in accesses this economic activity for contribution with increase production of the red meat and narrowing the gap between exportation and the local production. The aim of research is to guide filed investors with profits rates and degree of risk and thus contributing in the decision and increase efficiency of using resources. Depending on the field data that the researcher obtained from through desiging a questionnaire from, where included the study (28) filed in Anbar for 2012. It has been used evaluation of financial and economic criteria, where results showed financial evolution criteria (net profit, return dinar, per net costs, gross profit margin, sales ratio to the top of the investors, payback period) where positive results showed respectively (550064 thousand dinar, 1.20 , 0.84 , 16% , 29.8 , 4.7 , 0.21). Whereas with rate for economic evolution criteria (the added value of gross and net, degree of manufacturing, employment rate) thay have been showed positive results also reached respectively (903920 thousand dinar, 892124 thousand dinar, 25.7%, 4213 thousand dinar for every job opportunity). Whereas the future study has been showed the interest of investors do with production privately and the current value for cash flow has reached positive value and higher than interest rate (8%), The current benefits ratio to the current costs reached (1.15) in the first case accordance with original data and this encourage investment being greater than the alternative opportunity cost (interest rate). The second case has showed the results that investors can achieve returns equivalent alternative opportunity cost even when increased the gross costs (15.1%) with stability of the rest of variables and this shows the range that could work the investor with increase the gross costs. The third case despite of assuming lower revenue (13.1%) but the current value for cash flow has reached a positive value when discount rate (8%) (alternative opportunity cost) that the investor can product and achieve economic profits even when lower revenue (13.1%) with stability of the rest of variables and this shows range of safety that the investor can work with it.
