| Perceived organizational support and vocational Adjustmentand and their impact in reducing the phenomenon of organizational cynicism Field research to the opinions of a sample of workers in the office of the Ministry of Youth Abstract: The goal of current research into the relationship between organizational support perceived professional and Vocational Adjustmentand in the Office of Youth Ministry for individuals tested, and its impact in reducing the phenomenon oforganizational cynicism on the grounds that organizational support and their consensus career can be a clear difference in the level of satisfaction with their ministry administration happening which reduces the level of sarcasm and ridicule as tracers negative undesirable and does not serve the objectives of the organization, and to achieve the objectives of the research and testing of the main assumptions and sub questionnaire was developed to collect data from a sample composed of working members (employees) in the office of the ministry, for the purposes of statistical analysis has been used a number of statistical methods and descriptive style simple regression The gradual and test sequential decline.
