Abstract
Abstract : Business organizations in general and particularly tourist organizations, particularly are working today in an environment characterized by change and environmental uncertainty, placing them in front of a permanent challenge to adapt with these changes, and this will not be achieved unless they possessed qualifying human skills that raise products and tourism services, which in turn leads to increased and growth tourist demand. Hence the idea of this research came as an attempt to explain the relationship between human skills (independent variable) and demand of tourism (certified variable) to determine the availability requirements of these skills in the tourism organizations and their role in increasing tourist demand. The problem with the search is the question about how interesting tourist organizations to adopt a human tourist skills, and develop strategies to increase tourist demand, while the importance of research has been epitomized by providing information on human skills and tourism demand, which in turn contributes to enrich new concepts for administrative leaders. While representing the aim of the research in an effort to monitor the impact of human skills on increasing tourist demand in the Iraqi tourist organizations.
