Abstract
Abstract The purpose of this research is to identify the importance of thinking patterns according to the perspective of Herman and its role in assisting leaders to reach an advanced level of performance and is the so-called light movement leadership (Leadership Agility) The thinking and understanding of multiple patterns according to the perspective of Herman played a significant role in helping leaders improve their performance to perform many of her mandated tasks and duties and with speed and precision required and help them compete and then stay and keep working and make the right decisions without wasting time or exposure to future errors, and adopted the questionnaire as a tool for all data and information, and selected oil Ministry Center, And research and Development Center, and the petroleum Training Institute in the field of research and the use of statistical software (SPSS) in data analysis and research. Most of the confirmed results are following clear thinking perfect (D) being a source of creative leadership in achieving lightness of movement, and of the findings of the research a significant moral influence between D thinking in light traffic driving through distance (Editor thinking) being the most important and most influential dimensions to achieve the lightness of movement leadership
