| The current research aims to identify the effect of using the internal marketing operations in creativity Organisational and how the ability to reduce personnel turnover within organizations, whether governmental or civil thereby raising the level of organizational performance, in order to determine the level of creativity Organisational, and Taadm interest in internal marketing in modern organizations at the present time especially after the emergence of the emergence of the true role of internal marketing to get on with the capabilities and skills of creative individuals superior and have the ability to take responsibility and deliver outstanding levels of customer service, and has been chosen as a number of banks in the city of Dohuk and the distribution of 40 questionnaires to deliberate individuals working sample order to get answers to a wide commensurate with the nature of the research in order to make suggestions as possible to contribute to increasing organizational creativity and enhance the role of internal marketing operations in these banks based on the results of the hypotheses of this research, we have come to several conclusions researcher of the most important The devolution of powers to some of the workers in the organization that adopts internal marketing operations is vital because of the best ways that aim for innovation, provided that the selection of qualified staff who can be relied upon. | ||
