| This paper deals with the study of towcrises whichIraqi culture pass them, those deals with the cultural discourse as a system of values facing difficult contention in front of an influx of social traditions, which is reluctant to form a discourse with a distinctive Iraqi feature, and the other linked to intellectuals who are divided among themselves into inside and outside intellectuals . hencethis matter affect on the quality of dialogue / discussion with each other to unify the visions about the future of culture.
