| Abstract | ||
| There are a number of external factors that lead to the deviation of the juvenile or juvenile delinquency, which are not related to him, but are linked to the center in which he lives so that it will influence his behavior and push him to commit criminal acts. These factors are divided into external factors, natural and social. The first relates to the natural environment that is composed of climate, weather and different seasons, and others. The social relations that bring together the young or the event and the members of society are all the social conditions that surround it and the first is the family environment in which it starts and then The school environment and the community of friends or the neighborhood in which he lives, and these factors are attributed to an important role in the growth of personality and the development of individual behavior. As a result, the family has a great role in the care of the young and the juvenile and the formation of a conscious and sound upbringing since they (the family), especially the parents, have the duty to care for the young or the juvenile and teach him what should and should not and should be affected by his own culture that affects his appreciation of things. | ||
