| The completed oath is considered as the main mean of the proof means in Iraqi Law proof no. 107 of 1979, due to be the proof which the court relying on for press on the opponent and confirming the against evidences , available for proving the case , because there is not other way except that mean , for the sake of prove the right , this oath is possessed by the judge , so that it called the judge's oath , due to have the complete free to choose whom direct to without any intervention by the opponent , this oath is completely different of that the decisive oath , which required many urgent follows , this the different between the urgent and decisive oath . | ||
