| Because of the important of the subject about evaluation of performance and to shed light on the company of Dairy products Virtual this study war done to analyses the company efficiency Management to it sources . The company has the efficiency in doing some of it's aims but it hasn't the enough efficient in using the other different sources , so it affect negatively on it's profit and swelling the number of workers work in it . The company suffering from decreasing rates in it's activity so it required from the company to renew in it's policy and to make decisions required to make the efficiency for all it's activity to guarantee it's success & progressive.. | ||
