| Entrepreneurial Orientation for the administrative leadership and its impact upon the Improving of Production Processes A Pilot Study of the opinions of managers working in the state company of manufacture ready clothes in Neinawah governorate Abstract Environmental changes have governed the managerial leadership to seek the best methods to cope with those changes aides to control them. Thus, the leadership style is one of the method that has been adopted believing that it is the most effective tool for developing a group of facilities to interpret the ideas and concepts into a real situation.
