| Abstract | ||
| Initiation in Islamic economy is the key for success and the way for advancement. It leads to the use of circumstances that through which the individual can achieve the accomplishments and gains. Once initiation spreads in the community, it will become a vivacious and that will lead to the development of its reality into the best. The Messenger (PBUH)( has encouraged imitation and the companionsshowed many imitations to deal with the economic issues that are vital to the stability of the peoples and communities and to achieve the necessary level of income and livelihood pursuant to what the Islamic economy has stipulated. Therefore, finding the ideal means to employ what Allah Almighty has endowed to humanity. The importance of the study lies in discussing one of the important subjects that point out the historical character of initiation in the prophetic community and the scope of need to emulate the Prophet and the companions. The methodology of the research suitable for such a studyis the inductive-descriptive- analytical methodology. The nature of study requires that we derive the evidences from the main sources including the glorious Quran and the Prophetic traditionsunna that point out some of the realities and practical applications in the era of the companions (may Allah be pleased with them). The practical realities gave evidence that the Prophet and his companions have rendered initiations in all aspects of life that had a trace as far as the advancement and security of a community.The study of that subject is divided into three sections preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion. Section One: initiation in language and terminology and the legality of initiation in the Holy Book and Sunna. First Inquiry: definition of initiation inlanguage and terminology. Second Inquiry: the legality of language and terminology in the Holy Book and Sunna. Section Two: initiations in the Prophetic community and their traces on Islam. First inquiry: initiations in the Prophetic Era. Second inquiry: initiations in the era of Caliph Omar ben Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him). Third Inquiry: initiations in the era of Caliph Othman ben Affan (may Allah be pleased with him). Fourth Inquiry: initiations in the era of Caliph Ali ben AbiTaleb (may Allah be pleased with him). .
