| Abstract | ||
| This study dealt with the most dangerous types of environmental pollution and is the visual pollution, which is one of the most important problems suffered by the city, this pollution occurs as a result of various human activities, which leads to the weakening of the aesthetic view within the city. The number of visual pollution in Baghdad increased several times after 2003 due to military operations and security measures, the absence of laws and legislative frameworks that regulate the construction process, the lack of coordination between state institutions in this aspect, and the absence and marginalization of the role of planners and specialists in the field of urban design.
