| Abstract | ||
| The prevailing and accepted social values in society give a positive factor to increase participation unanimous social integration and understanding between members of the community throughout communication processes that occur between them, and that the development of communication technologies, proliferation and entering the Internet many and varied to our communities and locations of all has become a major influence on all aspects of life, whether positively or negatively, and have an impact effective in shaping behavior that is consistent or not consistent with the community's values and customs and traditions. It has a large and primary role in the flow of new habits and values were not known by the community and this leads to a clash of the old values and new posed by the Internet that if a number of measures are not taken by the media, family and educational institutions because of social values maintain the stability of society when they are appropriate to the community and agreed by all its members. | ||
