| The modern changes in the field of the research and development play a major role in the global competitiveness because of the connection of this factor with sub-indicators of competitiveness. In this research we will try to study the role of expenditure on research and development in promoting competitiveness,because of the importance that came from the invention of new products or improvement of existing products, which helps to improve the quality of competitiveness The research found that competitiveness is largely related to research and development.Global Competitiveness Reports demonstrate this competitiveness , which includes indicators of the importance of the research and development expenditure, as a ratio of GDP | ||
