Abstract :
The local and foreign investment play a substantial role in the under Developedـ economies. This can be well seen in the utilization of the available Natural resources
and in transferring the modern technology.
But a perminent economic development , reguires advanced financial and banking organizations.
The Iraqi economy suffer from an apparent weakness in the banking Sector due to the past war and boycout consiguences . Now there are big gap between it and the rest of the banking systems in the world.
