| Abstract | ||
| This research focuses on commitment and its levels and the psychological burnout, and its importance reflected by trying to connect between commitment and the levels that it comprised and the psychological burnout. The research aims to know and study the relationship between these two variables, and on this basis, it was tested with two hypotheses, the first one to commit and the second one to impact in order to emphasize on the commitment level and the relationship nature between the organizational commitment and the psychological burnout through a questionnaire that included certain scales to measure every single variable of the research variables.The questionnaire was distributed to (52) of faculty members, statistical methods were used to show the enhanced results of the research hypotheses and goals in the light of which, conclusions and recommendations were identified. | ||
