Abstract
Abstract Transitional period represents a link between the two training sessions and annual two main objectives are to facilitate access to important psychological comfort , relaxation and mental healing and restore muscle organs and body functional addition to the province of sports at an acceptable level of physical preparation and the skill of the year. \| Hence the importance of research to show the importance of the transition period between the two seasons and that the lack of studies conducted on the transitional period in the country , a period considered relatively large and important when planning for sports training . By observing the researcher for Elite League Iraqi handball observed low level of physical and skill for most players , which is due to several reasons may be losing sight of the trainers of the importance of the transition period and that of its basic functions to maintain the level obtained from the two periods preceding ( prep , competitions ), one of the causes . The research aims to 1-Understand the impact of the training curriculum to maintain the level of physical condition and skill during the transitional period of the handball players applicants . 2-The research aims to identify the impact of landing deliberate level of skill and physical condition during the transitional period to the handball players applicants 3-to identify the differences between the results of the tests for dimensional control and experimental groups in tests of physical skill and after the transition period of the handball players applicants . Search and make the players club nobody Salman handball Co League elite Iraqi handball . All tests were conducted research on the sports hall in the Youth Forum of Samawah . The research work was extended period of 19/5 / up to 13/07/2013 AD . The researcher selected a group of theoretical studies relevant to the search topic . Where the researcher to choose the research sample way intentional and was the club nobody Salman handball joint league Iraqi Handball League season (2012-2013) totaling ( 16) for the player and by ( 100%) was the researcher dividing the players into two groups at random officer and pilot . He also ensures the homogeneity and equal . Researcher chose a group of tests that measure the level of skill and physical condition of the handball player and has the attention of the group of experts. It was the application of the approach proposed by the researcher for a period of 8 weeks by (2) and unit training a week and it was time module ( an hour and a half ), bringing the number of modules (16) and unit training , which included training curriculum on a set of physical exercises public with Cdd moderate and medium as well as some small games and practice a series of events ( football , basketball , volleyball , swimming , gymnastics ) . It was then the data collection and processing of statistical researcher found to have a set of conclusions , including: -The use of the training curriculum during the transitional period ( active rest ) has a clear impact on maintaining the level of skill and physical condition of the handball players applicants
