Abstract
Research Summary Researcher seeks to illustrate the importance of this research to learn the abduction movement succeeding Aasthaddam exercises inside and outside the aqueous medium, the problem is lack of research in the use of modern means learning grabs movements wrestling by trained clubs diameter. Research objectives : - 1. exercises put quality into the aqueous medium to learn kidnapping movement succeeding fit with the sample search capabilities. 2.determine the effect of specific exercises within the aqueous medium in learning abduction movement to succeed. Research Hypothesis : Quality of the exercises within the aqueous medium positive effect on learning abduction movement to succeed. : Areas of research The human sphere: - wrestlers boys clubs Baghdad ages of 16-16 years . Temporal area: - Length of 15 -1- 2014 until 04/16/2014. Spatial area: - pool hall Kazimiyah Sports Club. - Been using the experimental method was selected sample of wrestlers Kazimiyah Club class boys, and resulted in the results, there were significant differences between the post tests for both groups research and in favor of the experimental group in question variables, emphasis on the exercise mode, you must use modern training methods because of its great importance in training curriculum for juniors.
