Abstract
The search included five doors where the importance of the research lies in the preparation of some of the exercises mixed (physical skill) to develop the skills defense in boxing to note a researcher from the weakness in this skill and this in itself is a research problem that emerged from the study so the research objectives are: • preparation of a training curriculum proposal to develop defensive skills and some physical characteristics of the research sample. • Identify the impact of the proposed training program to develop the skills of defense and some physical characteristics of a sample search. The research hypotheses are: • the proposed training curriculum positive impact on the defensive skills and some physical characteristics of a sample search • The presence of statistically significant differences between pre and post tests for defensive skills and some physical characteristics of a sample search.
