| The research aims to identify the values of some Elkinmetekih variables on the ground rug and the pool somersaulting aerobic fore in gymnastics for players Phase II / Faculty of Physical Education as well as to identify the differences between some Elkinmetekih variables on the pool's values and on the ground rug somersaulting aerobic fore in gymnastics, where he formed The research sample of the best four players phase II / Faculty of Physical Education were selected purposively and make harmonies to them according to the mass and chronological age and life coaching researcher used the descriptive approach to suitability and the nature of the research data were collected through scientific observation using imaging video has concluded the researcher after analyzing and discussing results emergence of differences in circles calculations and for the performance of the swimming pool and the use of the swimming pool has led to increased viability of the sample it to good use motor skills enjoyed by, as well as for variables Elkinmetekih there was a significant difference between the performance of the pool and the performance on the ground rug it recommended the researcher, the use of the pool by teachers or coaches gymnastics in the education of a substance or training on such difficult movements and interest coaches and teachers of a substance gymnastics using alternative methods that increase the player's ability, or the player to show the motor performance optimization and interesting teachers grabbing the fear factor among students or students through the involvement of more than a positive incentive to get its good performance.
