Abstract
The importance of research can be found in the importance of teaching having the evaluation in the teaching which does its function trustily and truly and inner confidence coming from moral valuation which makes him able to resolve problems which face him in the importance of research in explaining the valuable moral obligation for teachers and teacheress of physical education The problem of research is to know the nature of moral values in the teachers and teachers of physical education from the following question: can the moral obligation of teachers and teacheress be used as standard to evaluate it?. The aims of research are to build a measure of valuable moral obligation for teachers and teacheress of physical education. The theoretical studies concluded the understanding of values and its recourses and kinds, after that the study contains the program of research where the researcher used the descriptive program. The sample concluded (560) teacher and teacheress (300) for building and (250)for application, and (10) survey experiment . the fourth chapter concluded showing and discussion of results. the most important conclusion s were the increasing the grad of valuable obligation which were between (148-204) upon teachers and teacheress of physical education. The most important recommendations were the confirmation upon determining of values of teachers and teacheress of physical education with all accesses of different learning.
