| Abstract | ||
| Thin films of Zinc oxide was prepared by using thermal chemical hydrolysis and precipitate on glass base at (450C^° ). Then Physical properties of the prepared thin films was studied as well as of studying of thickness of this films and the factors which dependent on such as ( Temperature degree, Rate of Spray , The time of Spray, The vertical distance of Spray) ,which need to get films with good properties. | ||
