| Abstract | ||
| The aim of this research was to develop a methodology to test whether existing manufacturing systems can perform their role such as efficient or agile manufacturing, by preparing on the basis of the conditions and characteristics that develop solutions for manufacturing strategies at the General Company for Automotive and Equipment Industry / Alexandria. Therefore, the interest in introducing new manufacturing strategies to meet the market requirements in order to maintain the customer and maintain the company in the competitive markets has become the use of leagile manufachring through the combination of agile manufacturing and efficient manufacturing. During this process (lean and Agile) Share a single goal by meeting customer orders at the lowest total cost. The research deals with four axes, the first axis, the methodology, the research, the second axis, the theoretical aspect, the third axis, the practical aspect, and the fourth axis, conclusions and recommendations.
