| Abstract | ||
| Western Turkistan or what is called in china " Chanchiang " discrete lay down under the statement of republic china in 1949 . Beigin seek to decline the freedom of people of Western Turkistan their freedom is backed off. In spite of the acceptance of enrolled under the government of republic china even after making an announcement of self control to their discrete in 1955. Its living people made a lots of attempts to get independences of china and indeed it has been announced twice about the Republic of Western Turkistan as independence Republic in the period of (1933 – 1944) , but it didn’t continue this statement . Up to this time , even after estimating policies that applied by China government in this district from 1949 till now shows that Beigian follow political and social aspects towards people of this district and didn’t see them of equalvance with other peoples. | ||
