| Abstract | ||
| The aim of this study was investigate the effect of Orexin hormone on metabolic syndrome patients, these conduction 124 patients metabolic. The working criteria developed by the NCEP: ATPIII have been criticised a new set of criteria that included waist circumference, body mass index, blood pressure, and fasting glucose. In addition to measuring the levels of the Orexin, The data collected included age, duration of disease and BMI. The results show that significant decrease(p<0.01) in serum levels Orexin hormone in metabolic syndrome with infected diabetic patients compare to metabolic syndrome not infected diabetic patients in both sexes, Also showed in significant different between male in two group and female also. | ||
