| Abstract | ||
| Although that the historical studies paid attention to the Arabic Islamic orient, However in later period the studies focused on the other side of the Islamic word, it is the Arabic Maghrib which concentrated on the scientific sides that had an effective role on the march of history and Arab Islamic civilization, which motivated a group of historians to study and search the reasons behind the strife on the age of sects. That age which dispersion was a common that made Ibn Hayyan Al-Qurtubi (Died 469 Hij. / 1076 AD) to identifying and search the events of his age. This study came to show the view of the historian Ibn Hayyan about the events of Andalus and find out many result which: 1. This study concentrates about the historical information's which Ibn Hayyan found shaded the light on the mystery case in Andalus history. 2. The events which Ibn Hayyan lived during, left an impression in his writing because he lived the strife and what it produced of misfortunes on the people of Andalus, so one time we find him simulates the ruling authority and in other time criticize it. 3. The personality of Ibn Hayyan was clear, throughout those texts and novels we see his strong interest on the unity of the country and his defense on his view in those events so what make him face a death threats as when he tried to criticize the rulling of Bany Jahwer. 4. All these situations give a tip that the historian is a part of the events. 5. Finally, this study is a try to know the political transitions which happened on Andalus that Ibn Hayyan lived during and its effect on his personality as the events writer and a witnees to them, throughout the historical texts which we have reached about the Islamic State in Andalus. | ||
