Abstract
The speech about the dissolution of marriage relation anciently in the cuneiform resources up to the Islamic law is considered as one of the most important issues due to its chose connection with the Islamic social Side.
We showed that through the recorded texts and the Assyrian laws which were common at that time besides the explanation of this in the Islamic law clarifying four issues which are divorce, Dislocation Pair, the loss of husband and the death of husband.
