| Abstract | ||
| Risk factors play an important role in the development of cancer, especially bladder cancer, as it some factors such as age , sex , housing ,smoking, family history of cancer ,grade disease ,other bladder diseases, were predispose for the increasing incidence and recurrence of bladder cancer. The blood sample were collected from AL-Hussein teaching hospital and AL- Safeer hospital in holy Karbala province that clinically diagnosed and apparently healthy individuals as a control group. DNA was extracted from blood samples, and the presence of polymorphism was detected in the studied genes using advance molecular techniques . The study showed the correlation between some genotypes of the studied genes and the risk factors. | ||
