Abstract
This study has been done to find out the effects of the injection of 0.1 mml of germinal layer antigens of the hydatid cyst of E.granulosus in mice BalbCc on the levels of the immune globulins IgA, IgG, IgE, IgM. And this study detected the effects of 0.1 mml of protoscolices antigens on the reduction of NBT (Nitro Blue Tetrazolium) stain in mice Balbc. The results cleared that there was significant differences in (P<0.05) in the production values of the antibodies between the control groups and the experimental groups where the level of IgA (526.0) mg/dl, IgG (1377.8) mg/dl in the experimental groups while the values of the same antibodies IgA, IgG were (138.5) mg/dl, (1014) mg/dl in the control groups by using the germinal layer antigens. While the values of the IgE were (0.367) IU/L in the experimental groups while its value in the control groups were (0.206) IU/L. But there wasn’t any significant differences in the levels of IgM no there in the control groups nor in the experimental groups. In the levels of the reduction of NBT (Nitro Blue Tetrazolium) stain the maximum significant difference was (25.19)% in the experimental groups when its value in the control groups was (14.54)% by using the protoscolices antigens. We conclusion that there are significant effects of the injection of germinal layer antigens and protoscolices antigens of E.granulosus on the inducing and activation of the both humoral immune response and the phagocytosis proses
