| Abstract | ||
| The study aims at identifying the relationship between the administrative performance of the headmaster and its relation to the goodness of teaching for the physical education teachers . The population of the study includes the headmaster of the secondary school and the physical education teachers in Diyala governorate (123) headmaster and teachers. The two measurement scales that used in research are the administrative performance measurement scale and the goodness of teaching measurement scales for teachers. The two scales were distributed to the two samples which consist of (82) headmaster and teacher from the main population. The researchers conclude that there is incorporeal correlation between the two scales . | ||
