| Abstract | ||
| The study aimed to find out the impact of NLP training in enhancing personal quality, as an exploratory study of Salalah Free Zone employees in Salalah, Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consisted of 14 participants who attended a three-day training program on NLP techniques. The survey method was applied after period of 6 months for conducted the program. Interview and questionnaire were used to collect the data. The results of the study showed the positive effect of the program on enhancing personal quality in its three dimensions: positive personality traits, improving human relations within the institution and high performance in work. The variables of gender, type of job, qualification and years of experience did not show any statistically significant effect. The study suggested experimental studies. | ||
