Abstract
The researchers of psychology and sociology have been interested in studying the motivation, the academic acquisition, and the practical performance within the frame of the educational psychology. Motivation is not important in the psychological field only but also in many applied and scientific fields such as the economic, educational, and academic fields. Motivation is considered essential to urge the individual to prove his identity.
