Abstract
The study include design and develop a Computerized Information System to manage the personal and employment division at Tikrit University. The main goal of the developed prototype is to increase the speed of completion the division work and maintain the data accuracy and protect it from manipulation and intrusion or damage. The Rapid Development Methodology adopted in this study, the methodology perform the analysis, design, and implementation phases at the same time, and all three phases are performed repeatedly in a cycle until the system is completed. Thus, the first prototype is usually handled to end user with record time. Three types of users with three privileges, User1 is the full administrator who can do everything, User2 can do everything excluding users management, while User3 can view data and report only. The user can generate a customized or pre-generated reports. The prototype support statistical charts or the typical paper base reports can be printer on A4 or A3 paper size. In this study, we implement the old information system into the new information system using parallel operation method minimum the risk of system failed.
