| Abstract | ||
| Abstract Al-Husseiniya County is one of the most places characterized by its rural nature in Karbala. Agriculture is the craft and the main source of the living of the residents. The area is stable rural one and falls within dense agricultural areas. The population distribution is affected by its geography٫ within 55 rural districts; 4 only are classified as urban districts. They are Al-Jeghefiya٫ Abu Zrnt٫ Al-Kakaiya٫ and Al-Daraweesh. The urban population density of these areas is %28 (128.521 persons). The other areas of the county are rural and the population distribution is wider. The areas witness an inequality in the basic services delivery like education٫ health٫ drinkable water٫ roads services٫ and power. These services are delivered mainly in the areas of population density. The research concludes that the population is the factor determines the availability of services and their delivery. | ||
