| Agricultural development occupies in the Iraq mission and the special position because of its important role in the agricultural sector development in the Bible, the developed countries there is a significant financial support and technical and science and technology by governments to the agricultural sector despite the financial, technical and administrative and technological capabilities of the private sector Alzerai.lma it is essential that the government provide all forms of support for the development of the agricultural sector and resolving problematic development and to the greatness of agricultural development on the one hand the problems and the weakness of the financial, technical, administrative and technological possibilities and informatics private agricultural sector. The research problem consists in the fact that the problematic agricultural development is a series of obstacles interlocking and overlapping the destruction of infrastructure and problems of land and Altsahromeshakl water in terms of quality and quantity, environmental pollution, low investment and stop state support and low use of agricultural technology package versus the weakness of the financial, technical, technological and administrative capabilities of the agricultural sector and the private inability to address the problems of agricultural development alone | ||
