Abstract
The US missile shield project one of the arms of military strategy and that the United States is trying through domination and influence in the world, Since the project is to adopt in the first half of the eighties of the last century as they try to employ to achieve a number of objectives to serve the global project One of the main objectives is to create a shield visor protects American territory from enemy missiles attacks on various get their own identity and kinds, whether emanating from the Soviet Union or China. And it is therefore designed to determine how the strategic countries competing process.
