| Abstract The province of Karbala is rich, a lot of monuments of archaeological, Historical and religious which emphasizes civilization strike in deep of history, and this site features shine (Euan Bin Abdullah). Indeed, a distance of (11) k. m. eastern of the city of Karbala on the road link between the cities of Karbala and Baghdad, and the site is located administratively within the limits of hand Hussainiya, and is a hub developmentally and tourist extremely important being attracts more than (200) thousand visitors a year from the vicinity of the shrine, as well as visitors from the rest of the cities of Iraq and outside Iraq. Qualifications tourist site qualifies for the development and attract capital for the purpose of investment and the creation of Sectorial development and spatial development. | ||
