| Abstract This research deals with a topic that hasn’t been seriously tackled in the previous studies and researches written about the history of the holy city of Karbala especially its economical status. The researcher discusses the results related to the historical markets of Karbala and the changes and development in these markets over the past time. Moreover, the development related either to their buildings, goods or activities will be tackled. The reader will easily discover different factors that helped these markets to develop in such restricted time. | ||
