| Abstract | ||
| An urgent need for workers in the athletic training to understand the importance of the interaction between science different sports to choose methods and appropriate training and that facilitates the process of sports training and assistance in reaching a correct binding between these sciences for use in providing new information and the disclosure of the characteristics of athletes and work in conjunction with direct coaches national teams to ensure the application of the correct binding and scientific duties and essential for instructors , is how to take advantage of the mechanical laws that are related to variables, speed and mass sports in the development achievements by athletes , both in Alarcad short or events vertical jump ( high jump and pole vault ), high jump and pole vault .
