| This study the spraying effects of three levels of GA3 at 0, 100 and 200 mg.L-1 with three levels of (Trigonellafoenum─graecumL.)extract (0, 5% and 10%)was conducted during 2010 and 2011 seasons , the second experiment to study the spraying effects of three levels of GA3 at (0, 100 and 200 mg GA3.L-1) with three levels of (Foeniculum vulgare mill.)extract at 0, 5% and 10% was conducted in 2011 , in a randomized complete block design with three replications was used , In order to response on physiological characters, quality , and quantity of producer oil of Chamomile plant (Matricariachamomilla L.) common cultivar , in order to determine the better level of growth regulators which increase efficiency ability of plant production , and study plant morphological changes which result from physiological process , spraying accompanying , more over atrial to access to plant extract which give the same needed effects which hormone Gibberellin marked caused in plant from using some active compounds found in some medical plants which act as growth encouraging factors or growth inhibition factors , In the first experiment , Results indicated that treatment with GA3 and (Trigonellafoenum─graecumL.)extract was significantly increased values of all parameters measure. However , levels G1B0(100 mg GA3.L-1with the water spraying) showed highest values of : Specific gravity (0.947) , (0.946) , oil density (0.938) , (0.935) mg. microletter-1 , refractive index (1.488) , (1.487) degree , High – performance Liquid Chromatography analysis showed that treating plants with G1 (100 mg GA3.L-1) , and that treating plants with B2 (10%) Trigonellafoenum─graecumL.extract , gave lower values of all 7 volatile compounds fractionated Chamomile oil , Camphene,Bisabolol – A,Bisabolol – B , Trans - - Farnesene,Chamazulene,Bisabolene oxide – A , Limonene, In the second experiment , Results indicated that treatment with GA3 and (Foeniculum vulgare mill.)extract was significantly increased values of all parameters measure. However , levels G1D0at 100 mg.L-1 with the water sprayingshowed highest values of : Specific gravity 0.945 , oil density 0.938 mg. microletter-1 , refractive index 1.485 degree , High – performance Liquid Chromatography analysis showed that treating plants with G1 at 100 mg GA3.L-1, and that treating plants with D2at 10% Foeniculum vulgare mill. extract ,gave lower values of all 7 volatile compounds fractionated Chamomile oil. |
