| Abstract Turning research into the concept of the balance of emotional where he is one of the topics that have the effectiveness of a large and fundamental impact on the sustainability of life and continuity that will ensure the achievement of development for the better and is still interest in a clear and continuing to learn what the concept of equilibrium and emotional characteristics and factors affecting it negatively or positively and the resulting effects on personal Alferd.otkmen importance of this research in the construction and application of a tool to measure the balance of emotional help in identifying the identification and evaluation of the proportion of poise emotional among teachers of physical education and increases the importance of this research is to try researcher to identify statistical differences of poise emotional according to a variable (sex), and lies the research problem in the lack of a tool to measure the balance of emotional among teachers of physical education in Al-Qadisiyah province therefore felt researcher build and apply equilibrium emotional scale contributes to the identification of both the level and the differences in the balance of emotional among teachers of physical education in Al-Qadisiyah province. | ||
