Abstract
The research paper includes five sections ,the introduction , the importance of the research paper , the problem and the study of (vo2max) variable. The measurement of the maximum variable of Oxygen consumption for each runner according to the equation ,the distance and time in addition to counting the seconds within a minute . The research paper read out the time for each runner in the maximum variable of Oxygen consumption and the performance .Moreover the research deals with the theoretical part which has a relation with the performance and the variable which was the subject of the study ,getting and discussing the results and the recommendations
