| Research Summary The performance of the weightlifters in weight lifting is one of the methods of assessing motor performance، which contributes to the detection of strengths and weaknesses and then in the development of motor performance during the training، and that the analysis can enable the trainer to understand the problems of mobility and access to motor solutions that The player is able to achieve optimal motor performance within his or her physical and physical abilities. The explosive force is one of the types of bone strength، which is also called in some scientific sources of explosive power، as it represents a form of strength compounded by being composed of strength and speed، and given the importance of this term and its great role in many sports events was the focus of many researchers in the field Mathematical training، explosive power was defined as "the ability to reach the maximum force in the shortest possible time Therefore، the research aims to codify a training program using the explosive force training of the two men to lift the abduction and identify its effect on some mechanical variables and the level of achievement of the quaternaries. The researcher used the experimental method for its purpose for the purpose and hypotheses of the research using the experimental design of one group of 7 quarters. The most important results indicated that there are statistically significant differences in favor of dimensional measurements at the digital level and the weight speed during the performance stages and the level of achievement. The researcher is recommended to benefit from the exploding force training of the two men and directing them to develop the variables under consideration at the level of Weight lifting، and the need to pay attention to analyzing the technical performance of the lifters to know the strengths and shortcomings to address them. | ||
