| Abstract The evolution in all sporting events، including the game gymnastics، it was not a coincidence، but it came through their interaction and its relation to other sciences study Kalchrih and physiology and kinesiology and bayumkanak، psychology and the application of this science to practical aspects The sample of the research is represented by the Erbil junior players in in gymnastics with age ( 11-13)years. The sample consists of (12) players. The researchers have used the experimental method to its appropriateness and the nature of the research. which included research procedures distribute a questionnaire to the specialists and experts to identify the most important motor abilities and tests that have a relationship and impacting on the level of performance to jump pommel Horse، as well as questionnaire has been distributed to specialists in the field of gymnastics to choice of some motor skills to jump pommel. The program of special weights exercises continued for (8) weeks which includes (3) training unite in the week. The researchers did subsequent tests for motor abilities and level of performance to jump pommel Horse to experimental and control groups. The special exercises with weights have positive effect on the motor abilities in the experimental group. The special exercises with weights have positive effect on the level of performance to jump pommel Horse in the experimental group. | ||
