| Abstract | ||
| The study aimed at identifying the effect of the proposed exercises in the development of motor speed, CPK-LDH enzymatic and some technical skills of football goalkeepers. The researcher used the experimental method in the style of the two equal groups. His research community identified the guards of the first class clubs in Diwaniyah 2016 -2017 m (12) guards, randomly divided into two experimental and control groups and each group consisting of (6) goalkeepers. The researcher then proceeded to implement the proposed exercises which took 12 weeks in the special numbers period and 3 training units per week for a total of 36 training units. The researcher concluded that this study proved the effectiveness of the proposed exercises in the development of all study variables for the experimental group compared to the control group. | ||
