Abstract
By observing the researcher as a teacher and coach of the game within the university teams noted a lack of physical abilities, especially the ability to withstand the speed that indicate fatigue resistance for a relatively long time and knowledge of the role of self-assessment skills and the appropriate training method did not receive the importance required by the trainers, This problem develops the speed-bearing ability of young basketball players through the use of special exercises, the reflection in the self-skill and the performance of some offensive skills of young basketball players. The research aims to: 1- Prepare special exercises in developing speed and self-skill and the performance of some offensive skills for young basketball players. 2- knowledge of the impact of special exercises in the development of carrying speed and self-skill and the performance of some of the offensive skills of young players basketball. The researcher used the appropriate experimental method to solve the research problem. The research community determines the players of the club Hilla young people basketball season (2016 - 2017). (20) players and the sample was randomly selected (16) players. The most important conclusions were: 1-There is a preference for the use of special exercises on the practice of developing speed bearing and self-skill and some offensive skills of young basketball players.
